OMG works closely with government agencies and industry partners across Southeast Asia, and is experienced in navigating production grants, co-production incentives, and emerging media-tech funding programmes. We support filmmakers, studios, and content owners from early-stage planning through application, production, and delivery — helping projects maximise available funding and cross-border opportunities.
Content, Co-Production &
Virtual Production Grants
1. IMDA Virtual Production Grant (Singapore) – 2024-2025

As announced at Asia Television Forum (ATF), IMDA offers grants for short-form and long-form Virtual Production projects. OMG can advise on eligibility and assist with applications.
2. Go-Global Grant (Singapore)
Supports international productions with distribution plans across multiple territories, including markets outside Southeast Asia.
3. Go-Global+ Grant (Singapore)
Supports large-scale international productions targeting major global markets such as North America, Europe, or China.
4. Southeast Asia Co-Production Grant (Singapore)

Supports feature films originating from Southeast Asia with a Singapore co-producer, encouraging regional collaboration and cross-border storytelling.
5. Asean On Screen Whole Production Grant (Malaysia) – 2025

OMG, together with TCM and IMS, supports co-production projects under this regional grant program. We can advise on submissions and project proposals.
6. FIMI / FINAS Virtual Production Co-Production Partnership (Malaysia)

OMG is an official co-production partner under the Malaysian Film Incentive (FIMI+). We advise productions seeking funding and incentive support.
7. MDEC MYVIRTUO Virtual Production Grant (Malaysia) – 2025


MYVIRTUO grants support Virtual Production initiatives in Malaysia. OMG can consult on applications and project planning.
Talent & AI Capability Grants
1. IMDA Talent Accelerator Programme (TAP)
Supports the development of media and creative talent through structured training and industry placements. Suitable for productions building workforce pipelines across production, post-production, and emerging media roles.
2. IMDA Generative AI Digital Transformation Grant
Supports companies adopting Generative AI solutions to enhance productivity, content creation, and digital workflows. Relevant for AI-assisted content production, automated localization, virtual production pipelines and media-tech transformation.
