CHANNEL NEWS ASIA “RESILIENCE QUEST” XR GAME SHOW

Commissioned by MediaCorp Channel NewsAsia, “Resilience Quest” is a thought-provoking game show format that places two teams in the pivotal position of deciding the fate of Singapore’s future. Set against a backdrop of strategic decision-making, innovation, and socio-economic challenges, the show aims to engage audiences while highlighting the importance of foresight and collaboration in shaping a nation.

MEDIACORP TV “STRANGER IN THE DARK” DRAMA SERIES

Commissioned by MediaCorp Singapore. Virtual Production for drama series. The story revolves around an outcast in school, who uses her vivid imagination to dream up different worlds to help solve mysteries. A total of 12 virtual worlds were created and shot over 20 days in our Singapore LED Studio, combining real-time 3D set mapping within physical stage art to create the vivid and immersive imagery.

“ONCE UPON A NEW YEAR’S EVE” DRAMA SERIES

Commissioned by MediaCorp Singapore. Virtual Production for drama series. The story revolves a man who travels back in time to different stages of his life in an attempt to make amends with his family. A total of 6 virtual worlds were created and shot over 12 days in our Singapore LED and Green Screen Studio, combining real-time 3D set mapping within physical stage art to recreate period specific scenes of historical Singapore.

“DISTANT BLUESHIFT” SHORT FILM

Commissioned by Infinite Studios, directed by Aloysius Ong and starring Jason Godfrey and Cynthia Koh. This short film was produced as part of IMDA’s Virtual Production Challenge as a pilot film for a series production. The film is set in a space station, combining elaborate film set with real-time 3D set mapping that extends the scene overlooking Earth from space.

STEIGEN SOLAR PRO SERIES LAUNCH 2022 | XR TVC

To launch Steigen’s new Solar Evolution Series, we collaborated with local creative production agency Tristeps Studios, to produce the first ever Extended Reality (XR) TVC in Singapore – ‘Airing Steigen’.

The new commercial features a dreamlike film sequence, where the weather transits from dawn to daylight over an expansive pampas field while the artist interacts with the Steigen automated laundry system.

The entire shoot took place over two days in our Futurealistic Studio, where we combined real-time 3D setmapping tech with physical stage props to create vivid imagery that felt both real and immersive.

THE FRONT ROW 2021 | First 3d World Virtual Fashion Festival In Asia

The event line-up was staged in a Meta Virtual World Fashion Village against a backdrop of iconic local landmarks where users can not only teleport between locations in the 360-degree 3D fashion village, but also move about the environment.

Supported by Singapore Tourism Board’s Kickstarter Fund and produced by AP Media, The Front Row featured films shot on full-scale Extended Reality (XR) sets transformed into a 3D world, incorporating Augmented Reality (AR) showcases for runway shows, as well as “live” and buy-now elements where users can also shop the latest collections on the spot.

To produce the key digital fashion components, real-time 3D Set Mapping XR technology was used for the fashion runway films.

CHARLES & KEITH GROUP: 25 YEARS AND BEYOND | Virtual Townhall

In 2022, Charles and Keith celebrated their 25-year anniversary and making it a momentous one by kicking off an inaugural virtual townhall event due to the pandemic.

Combining green screen with AR elements, we made the show both familiar and full of wonder by transporting the CEO – Keith Wong to 3 different virtual sets (modern gallery, sustainability room & Charles & Keith building), incorporating AR bar graphs and 3D maps to reinforce his story.

Surpassing Boundaries With Remote XR VP Shoot

Clé de Peau Beauté celebrated their 40th anniversary as their Chief Brand Officer, Mizuki Hashimoto brings us to their House Of Infinite Radiance and unveiled their new brand ambassadors – Dakota Fanning, Ella Balinska and Diana Silvers.

Due to it being a remote shoot, we had to coordinate with various time zones across the globe and locations for this production.

Shot on green screen with the environment entirely built in CG, we seamlessly integrated the three celebrities who shot in different locations into one virtual space, coordinating their eyeline and reaction shots to perfect the illusion.

Halloween Horror Nights (HHN) is back for its 10th edition after a two-year hiatus. Working closely with Resorts World Sentosa since 2015, Anomalyst supported them in creating the immersive multimedia performances and videos across their haunted houses and scare zones.

Our portfolio of horror content ranges widely from Asian horror to Branded IP horror themes. These immersive visuals create otherworldly and supernatural experiences which Universal Studios Singapore has sought to deliver to its Halloween Horror Night guests year after year.

RAZERCON 2021 | RAZER’S Global Live Stream Event

The Ultimate Digital Brand Event For The Gaming Community

For the 2nd year in a row, Razer held an annual virtual conference to celebrate all things gaming, bringing together a global gaming community bigger and better than last year.

Built with the Unreal Engine, we transported the various speakers to different virtual sets – notably Razer’s CEO Min-Liang Tan to a forest full of greenery to speak about sustainability.

The global RGB lighting-reactive event streamed across several platforms e.g. Twitch, YouTube & Facebook, connecting with hosts across the globe and international performances, resulting in a total of over 375,000 hours viewed.

NETFLIX - PRESS CONFERENCE “KINGDOM: ASHIN OF THE NORTH”

Ahead of the premiere of the Netflix feature film, held a virtual press conference with the show runners and casts in attendance. Produced the real-time virtual sets from the film, and remote directed the hour-long virtual press conference. This event marked the first-ever completely green screen media conference held by Netflix Korea.

TRUE COLORS FESTIVAL THE CONCERT 2022

Held in Tokyo, Japan, the True Colors Festival concert features an international line-up of diverse singers, dancers and musicians from around the world, headlined by Katy Perry. Directed and produced the thematic multimedia experience for the two-hour concert.

THE BICENTENNIAL EXPERIENCE 2019

The Bicentennial Experience is the centrepiece event in Singapore’s 2019 bicentennial celebration, commemorating 700 years of Singapore’s history and its modern day founding. Directed and produced the multi-sensory experience for Acts 3 & 5 - recreated historical narrative built with thematic sets, utilising 360 projections & soundscapes, animatronics, and physical rain effects in this exhibition.

Visualizing Oceanus’ Wave Of Growth In XR

To show the catalytic growth of the company as it makes further inroads into the food security landscape, we conceptualized a new theme “Riding an Unstoppable Wave of Growth”.

From the multiple virtual sets to the multimedia production, every aspect could be traced back to a story-first approach, using oceanic elements to convey its role as a force of change and transformation.

We built an ocean villa virtual set, bringing the presenter into different settings rendered in real-time 3D to reflect the nature of the content (e.g. a more intimate indoor setting and an outdoor deck for panoramic AR slides). We also integrated physical props into the virtual sets (e.g. furniture), further building that sense of immersion.

MEDIACORP: CHINESE NEW YEAR | Broadcast Augmented Reality

For the annual Lunar New Year celebration by Mediacorp, we were tasked to bring a virtual tiger to life (in a motion capture suit) and perform with the celebrities.

From a 3D design, we needed to rig the character and have a dancer choreograph the dance moves to suit the design and movements of the tiger.

This aspect of combining the AR tiger with live performers brings a whole new dimension to shows that virtual characters and humans can exist together on stage.
