We built HP's first interactive virtual showroom to show consumers how HP's best-in-class devices can create best-at-home experiences.
Launch videoDuring the pandemic, we designed a way for HP to engage their consumers in a safe, personalised and more immersive manner – by bringing them into a virtual space with diverse technology experiences under one roof.

Home is where every family member can find comfort and solace in creating the lifestyle they want. We focused on transforming the shopping experience into a more customer-centric one, by first identifying 6 user personas and their designated spaces, then building an interactive virtual showroom that spotlighted HP’s hero product series in full 360°.
To encourage a sense of exploration, guests could participate in a voucher treasure hunt and find hidden pieces throughout the rooms – which they could redeem on HP products at the online flagship store for an integrated shopping experience.
